It is quite easy to get stressed out as a result of the day to day responsibilities that most people have. In fact, is possible to get stressed out and not even know it. If you are always feeling sick, it could be your body's way of telling you that you need to slow down. Stress lowers your immunity, which makes you susceptible to getting infections. If you are unwell, being stressed out will result in you taking longer to heal. So, if you want to get better quickly, take some time and just relax until you completely recover.
- Frequent headaches
If you are frequently getting headaches, especially migraines, then this could be an indicator of more serious problems. It may help to visit your doctor to get a diagnosis. It would also help if you were less stressed out and tensed out.

Ever feel butterflies in your tummy whenever you are nervous about something? That is because the stomach is quite sensitive to emotions and stress. When you are stressed out, you may experience nausea, diarrhea, ulcers, cramps, indigestion, loss of appetite, difficulty in bowel movements or you may feel hungrier than usual.
